McDonald's Restaurants of Canada
McDonald's wanted to communicate better to their customer and since the prime communicator in the restaurant is the menu board, JESSAM collaborated with the McDonald's team to create an outstanding and innovative new design.

The JESSAM strength is communication. As with all new ideas, the JESSAM Team enrolled and surveyed franchisees, store managers, crew and customers for their input. Once data was collected the program for new design was developed to address the following:

Flexibility: Enabling restaurants and regional markets to effectively configure and change menus and messages.

Capacity: The option to provide distinct day part communications and merchandise the global standard 21.75 Translite.

Uniformity: A single approach to hardware that is applicable to restaurant design and layout.

Adaptability: The ability of the menu board to accept new technologies such as digital, simple and low maintenance design and to provide an alternative to traditional menu-strip solutions.

Affordability: Hold the line on cost of acquisition and reduce support costs.

The JS02 interior menu board solution is now the Canadian solution and in over 1,300 locations. Franchisees have reported the board as more efficient and the consumer's experience has dramatically improved at the point of purchase.
