| Jessam Communications was incorporated in 1994 by Gordon Woolley. Prior to opening our doors at Jessam, Gordon serviced McDonald’s Restaurants of Canada’s print production through another Canadian company. Gordon saw the tremendous potential and benefit that a single point of contact could provide and how customized, cost-effective retail merchandising solutions could enhance McDonald’s Restaurants of Canada point-of-purchase success. He knew intuitively that his ability to service corporate brand needs and communication as well as building collaborative relationships with franchisees and co-ops on behalf of head office, could not only reduce costs but also dramatically improve the service they were receiving. Since that time Jessam has built on that model and now provides to their clients not only print production but creative support, hardware solutions, inventory management, warehousing, fulfillment and distribution, database management, budget management, supply chain management, process management, merchandising innovation and customer service call centre (Merchandising Solutions).
